In the afternoon of August 15, 2019, Xu Jie (deputy secretary of the Wuxi Municipal Party Committee) accompanied by Wu Shengrong (deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee and director of Organization Department of High-tech Zone), Qian Qian(deputy head of the Xinwu District), and heads of relevant departments of Wuxi City and High-tech Zone, together with Yang Xiaojun (general manager of Zhongguancun Innovation Park) walked into our company to investigate the application of agricultural Internet of Things technology.
General Manager Luo and Deputy General Manager Pan accompanied the leaders throughout the visit.
Mr. Luo introduced and showed the research and development progress, production process, domestic and overseas market application of Fofia technology products to the leaders in the company's exhibition hall, as well as the honors and awards won in recent years. The company independently developed RFID chips for animal electronic tags and key technology of application systems won the gold award for the new technologies and new products at 2016 World Internet of Things Expo and 863 project "Creation and Application of Digital Key Technologies for Livestock Breeding and Intelligent Feeding Equipment " won the second prize of Beijing Science and Technology Award in 2018, etc.
Afterwards, the leaders held a symposium in our company. Mr. Luo introduced the development history of Fofia Technology and the current basic situation of the company. Mr. Luo also gave detailed answers to Secretary Xu about R&D and production of RFID technology in the field of animal identification and tracking, the company's expansion in domestic and foreign markets and demonstration projects. Secretary Xu checked the series of products independently developed and produced by Fofia Technology, and fully affirmed the exploration, practice and achievements of Fofia Technology in the field of agricultural Internet of Things.
At the same time, Secretary Xu pointed out that current agricultural modernization industry in China is in urgent need of development. As the national innovation center of the Internet of Things, there are obvious industrial advantages and bright development prospect and trend of agricultural modernization in Wuxi. For Fofia Technology, as a representative of leading enterprise with advanced technology and advanced concept, the relevant departments should further increase their support and recommend application demonstration projects in Jiangsu Province and the Ministry of Agriculture to help the enterprise continue to expand its brand awareness. Regarding Fofia Technology's proposal to build Wuxi's "Agricultural Internet of Things Innovation Center", Secretary Xu highly appreciated and actively supported it, requiring the company to formulate plans as soon as possible and relevant departments and institutions to carefully study and actively implement them to promote the development of Wuxi's agricultural Internet of Things industry better and faster.
